As a political science student I'd really like to see the sources for that. The US has not detonated a nuclear warhead since the mid 90s, much less anything considered a half decent threat to the North Koreans. North Korea tested a nuclear weapon LESS THAN 50 DAYS ago, and their leader Kim Jong Il, has been quoted saying he desires the destruction of the United States. They are on the aggressive, end of story.
