Your first grow was in Jan of 09', not that long ago you didnt know what a ballast was, you wanted a DIY referal on making a reflector AND you were asking others if your barely rooted plants were flowering and someone had to tell you how to force flowering. From the information i got from most of your threads i would suggest you be humble because you need the information people have to offer you here.
