It looks outdoors, so would use a product called "Peace of Mind" by Foxfarm. The tomato/veg formula for the growing cycle and the fruit and flower formula for the flowering cycle. I would also consider adding some Foxfarm Big Bloom to your water at every watering. That stuff rules.

If you want to get fancy look into foliar sprays like Dutch Master Liquid Light and Penetrator, or some sort of kelp-based spray with a wetting agent of some kind. I really liked a product called "Extreme Serene" by Roots organics because it was an all-in-one kelp based foliar spray with a built in wetting agent. Those plants will grow like crazy using either products, but using them at the same time would be even better.
