An occilating fan will seriously help things out a lot. I would try to find one as soon as possible, because without a cycle timer on that axial (circular) fan the plant will heat up and it might even be worse than always having a fan on it. You will be amazed how much better they will do with a lot of wind that isn't constantly blowing on them.

If that smaller fan is placed blowing up from the bottom and an occilating fan is blowing on the plant, that is where you'll see your plant take off if you can get the temperature right.
