It's low stress training time- you have plenty of room in there to tie all those branches down and spread it out under that light. Don't worry if a branch breaks either, it will be fine unless it rips in half. You can break the branches if they won't bend and the plant will be stronger than ever when it heals. You would just need to hold it up usually instead of holding it down. It's not hard, but you will need to practice working with the plant and getting to do what you want it to do.
