Yellowing, curling leaves

I have a bagseed project, I noticed this problem after I transplanted her to a bigger container. Bottom leaves have yellowed, and begun to curl, new growth is starting to yellow at the tips, anyone have any idea what the problem is?
1. Medium= soil
2. organic germination/growing soil
3. indoor
4. bagseed
5. 2 weeks old
6. 2 26 watt daylight CFLs, 3 26 watt CFL soft white
7. Daylights are directly above the plant, 3 inches or so high, soft whites away and to the side
8. I Water her when my pinky finger comes out of the soil dry, probably every 3 days or more, water source is from faucet (lake/mt spring source [New Hampshire]), I let it sit before I water, not sure of PH yet
9. Haven't fed her food yet
10. Temp ranges from 80-88 F, Humidity between 40 and 60%
11. Container is 8"

I've kept the lights on 24 hrs, it's only been 2 weeks. Is it just shock from the transplant? Should I be more careful with my water source? Any help is muuuch appreciated, thanks!
