the real goal for long term storage is to fight mold.
the best way to do this is go down to a store that sells glass mason jars (dont know where we got ours) and get some hydrogen peroxide. take your jar and rinse it out with boiling water. dry. then take a your peroxide and fill your jar 1/4 the way up. put the cap on and shake vigoriously. rise out. dry with a clean cloth or paper towls.
now you should have your self a nice semi-steril jar. put your ganja in and throw the jar in the refrigirator.
keep in mind to check your weed for mold every 3-4 days, and if you find any take the moldy bud out and toss it. if you find moldy bud you should repeat my instuctions above
