Purple kush is a pure indica so it might be that, doesn't it only grow like 2-3 feet tall anyways? Well, if it's looking tired then I'd feed it some nutrients based on what deficiencies you notice, but do it over the course of a week or so. Otherwise, make sure it's getting enough light and isn't being beaten out by taller sativas, and make sure it's getting enough water and the roots have enough room, etc etc... you want to narrow down as many possibilities before you start tinkering
