im the same way man, ill never cut someone from my weed, even if i have to pass one joint to 5 differant people, UNLESS they ask me, then instant NO! although there are certain circumstances, like a good friend wanting to blaze. but normally, if someone asks, then no, you cant, ill hook it up if i feel the need, and i normally do.
just tell your buddy to lay off or no weed.
next time he asks you to smoke, say sure, pack up your pipe with a little nug, smoke it to your head, and tell him "mm, that was good wasnt it?"
