whether u crush it up or not, it'll hit pretty hard and pretty fast.
i'm on 60mg AT THIS VERY SECOND xD, and i just took the pills w/o crushing them or anything.
ther designed so that 1/2 hits u right away, and the other half is delayed release over the next 4 hours, so if u take a pill every 2 hours or so, as i am doing, then ur flying high.
i like the XR because then the high lasts more than 24 hours, cause it has a half-life of 10-13 hours if u dont tamper w the delayed release
and 60mg rly does a lot for most of u? i dont do adderall often, but 60mg doesnt do much for me. the first time 40 was good, the 2nd 60 was good, and this time i'm pushin it to 90
