The best method is to add lime or limestone to your soil mix *before* you plant and let it sit for at least a couple of weeks. This helps the soil pH stabilize giving you less problems during your grow.

Seeing as though you are past that however, you need flush the soil with lots of pH neutral (7.0) water. This will rid the soil of salts and built up ferts and help bring the pH back close to normal.
