i had the same pills as you. 30mg codeine Tylenol 3's. i crushed up 5 and smoked a couple bowls, felt really fucked up. almost completely numb and i couldnt keep my eyes open or even talk... yeah, taking three and smoking a j would probably be a good amount... definitely wont be overwhelming...
