Hey cowofsteel, I take this as talking about which pipe delivers the most THC, right? And that the portable water pipe delivers the most THC for a given amount of weed. Then unfiltered joints, then bongs, then the vaps and electric waterpipe delivering the least amount of THC for a given amount of weed. At least thats how I'm reading it. What do ya think?
