and anyways, i hear marinol just doesn't cut it.. if it's made to reduce nausea and vomiting for patients, then WHY is it in pill form? plus marinol only has thc but pot has over 60 types of cannabinoids, each with their own effect for medicinal use and recreational use.. marinol just doesn't make sense, it's expensive.. it really sets you back money-wise.. not to mention that smoking weed gives the effects when the patient needs them, not later after swallowing a pill...
