O'Reilly says letting Montel have his weed is not hurting society, but then later he says what Oregon is doing by trying to give out 6 lbs is wrong. But why, if youre going to let them have their weed, what does it matter how much you give them? Either way it doesnt hurt society at all.

If your worried about it going out on the street and being sold to "a whole community of school children" (wtf was that about? stupid ass) then just go all out and legalize it, and regulate its sales not only to people who buy it for medical use, but also for those who want to use it recreationally. Then you solve the problem of worrying about who the weed is going to, and whos getting the money for it.

I hate listening to people try to argue that it should not be legalized because they back up their arguments with 0 evidence.
