Yo man you can take a leaf or two off to smoke it but, it won't get you very high if at all. To get buds the plant needs 12 hours day and 12 hours of pitch black, uninterrupted dark. Then it will get buds which are smokeable.

This morning I woke up and a few of my plants had brown spots on them. Well, the fan that I am using has a ozone generator in it that I had been using for the smell. Never had heard that ozone could harm plants.

Yes ozone in high concentrations can cause spots i.e damage. I however use ozone and even in a sealed closet [at one time] I was never able to get the concentration high enough to do any damage. Doesn't mean its impossible its just very rare.
