The best way to determine the real onset of bloom is to look at how the nodes are up the stem. If they still mirror each other, just be patient, if they have slightly moved up on one side and they no longer mirror, its blooming. The santa-maria genetics slow it down more and make it taller. To me it looks like its just starting as the leaves on the tops are elongating and stretching for flowers.
