I think you are a man to admire. In fact... I am aspiring to a lifestyle similar to yours... I hope anyway. Just not as far in the boondocks as you. You probably posted it earlier, but I only made it to page eight or so. What wattage and combo of PV, wind, hydro, generators, or combo do you use to power your estate. And I know I read it, but how big is your battery bank again. I'm so jealous. Anyway, I'm dreaming of maybe 200 watts PV and a 400W AirX mill by the end of the summer. I've got 5 acres in NY state, nothing there... but dreams. Any advice and input on off-grid growing/living would fall on humble ears.
