I think that is it. I stumbled across it. after hours and hours of reading you can be reading right over what your looking for and not realize it for a long time. Its not exactly the spreedsheet though which is what I was looking for.

It's an excel file so you can do your calculations offline.
I believe it will work equally well with openoffice.org which is free, whilst excel is not.
