Now if Pennsylvania could get off their lazy ass and attempt to pass something I'd be happy. Regulation, decriminalization, anything! Anyway, the article was a good read. I hope somebody makes the first sucessful move. If one place gets it done then other places will jump on the bandwagon, it's the American way. We're full of a bunch of followers with a few leaders.
