I Don't think you can change the molecular compound of anything really. If you do, it's called electricity or an atom bomb.

Blowing more air through more water does nothing but stir the water more. The molecules your plant is absorbing are still H20... (2 parts Hydrogen 1 part Oxygen)... You cannot change that ratio of H2/O.

Please correct me if I don't know what I'm talking about, but isn't this basic High School science?
