don't worry about it blades,
the tobacco ban is a bit of a pain in the butt, especially for people like me who do like to roll spliffs (tobacco and weed together)
To be honest,
most places are either adapting by building an enclosed "smoking" area, where you can smoke tobacco too, otherwise they're just putting up signs that say no smoking tobacco...
in all seriousness though, theres no way to tell in a coffeeshop with 20 people who's rolled one with baccy in it and who's rolled a pure joint.... and the workers there don't have the time to check....
just don't light up a cigarette and you'll be fine.... or just buy your stash and head over to vondel park... its really chill there
