What's up guys...although I am pretty new at the grow game, I want to do my part to help contribute to the community. I am currently collecting parts and supplies for a kick-ass growbox on a seriously small budget. It seems everytime I get into something new I never have any money
Anyway, I have found that THRIFT STORES are a goldmine! I know we don't like to frequent these establishments very often but you can find deals in THRIFT STORES that seriously TRUMP prices anywhere else. Of course this route is usually for the DIY'er. I did some window shopping at Goodwill, Salvation Army, etc...and here are some things I found.
Clamp reflector (great for CFL's) - $.0.37

Small/medium fans - $4.99 - 9.99
Surge protector/power back-up $9.99
Flexible air-duct hosing - $1.50
tv cabinets/other furniture (great for already built structures to convert into your own stealth grow box) - $39.99 - 49.99
I have my eye on a large tv cabinet/entertainment center that I could convert and it would be awesome!
