There's a good chance this feeling could be related to amphetamine consumption. Low blood glucose levels/increased blood pressure resulting from amphetamine use can easily give you that pins and needles feeling in your extremities, kind of like they fell asleep. Get some sugar and carbohydrates into your body, and drink plenty of fluids. You should be fine.
