Opiate tolerance rapidly skyrockets with habitual use, but if you take a break, it will o down.
I woked myself up to take 160mg of oxycodone (waaay stronger than hydrocodone) and now if I do 80mg (half) i feel great.
IIf your doin it maybe 2 tiomes amonth, your should not have any rise in tolerance that I can see.
