Get those lights at 12 on 12 off. Use a flower fert with low or none N and high P K. If you are using only fluorescents, make sure they are right on top of those plants to get the most lumens to the plants. A couple of inches above is great. I use soil myself, and the one thing I can say is to add a little extra perlite to give it better drainage.
