Xr usually lasts from 10-12 hours, also can differ from body size and tolerance of course, but 10 to 12 is the usual, also offer lighter effects but still an even buzz alllll day with the right dosage.
IR: anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on same things as XR.
Of course IR has more "kick" to em, ya knowww.
I tend to stay away from amps anymore though, I'm an opie/benzo dood me self.
