Great guide! I'm taking 25mg of Adderall XR this morning for the first time to help me work on a massive paper/project I'm doing next semester. Since I'm not really looking to tweak or anything, I thought I'd start at a lower dose and take the XR to extend the productiveness. Hopefully all goes well, and I get a ton of stuff done...
