Good day, fellows.

I've been reading here for a while, but this is my first time posting so excuse me if this is a stupid question.. but:

Let's say I lived in Pennsylvania. Would it be legal for me to purchase a bong on grasscity? I have wanted to order one for quite a while but have always feared the police kicking down my door and shit when it was delivered.

Thoughts? References?

From what I've read, I'm pretty sure that it would be considered drug paraphernalia but I direly hope I'm mistaken.
