I have lots of experience in a very similar situation to yours, so here is one of my favourite quick bong-fixes that will batter you more than a cod in Poole. Behold the basic beauty of the shottie bong (or joint bong) Its real powerful and you can knock one out in 3 minutes.

i)Simply take any bottle (500ml - 1ltr work best, strong bottles are also prefferable) and burn a small hole with a cigarette into the bottle roughly 1/4 of the way up (or lower).

ii) Push a hollow pen tube (biro) through the hole in the bottle, so that one end of the pen rests roughly in the center of the bottle, pointing down, e.g:

iii) Pour water to submerge the pen completely, then burn another hole about 5cm above the water line, to use as a rush (or shotgun, call it what you will).

iv) Now roll a fat reefer, making sure that the roach fits into the pen nicely. Now cream up a phat brick and zoom it down into your throat. Man, I need a bong now!
