thats just not right. almost all the states that i have heard about, have no laws against failing a piss test. the only way that they can get you on a simple possesion charge is if you are caught with physical evidence. once you have ingested the drug, and are clean of any evidence, they cant do shit to you. what happened to this guy is wrong in so many ways.
