I havve used superthrive forever so i have some experience. Use 1 ml (1/4 tsp) per gallon from transplant until you begin flush. no more or less, makes litlle differnce with more and run risk of killing plants. i use 1ml per gal indoor and out,(out gets water without any superthrive though). hope this helps
