I get chills up my spine (or throughout my body) that seem to pulse very slowly. I've been getting them more and more often recently. It typically happens when I'm listening to a piece of music I thoroughly enjoy, or when I read something and immediately understand and connect to the ideas. It happens a lot when I look deep into my girlfriend's eyes - there's a moment of raw connection at the most primal level in which time stops and nothing matters.
