The clumps weren't floating around in the milk so much as stuck to the sides and bottom of the pan. It looks (and tastes, I had to try it) almost like cheese, so I know a lot of the THC infused fat clumps up with it, since cheese is mostly fat.
Anyway, after having gone through the rest of my high, I can still assure you it's one of the most intense and tasty highs I've ever had.
