I really cant argue with any of what you said. I believe that you are right about the manufactured illness part. I see an ADD specialist who has no problem writing me bulk prescriptions of adderall 2 times a year so to me i dont believe pot will be any worse and i think he knows that too. The law said something about doctors not having to answer to the courts or incurr any profensional loss based on a reccomendation. It also states the doctor just has to make a profesional judgement on weather or not the drug will have a benifitial use. All im saying, is that if doctors are the so called "Gatekeepers" of MMJ, dont they have discretionary authority on what "They" feel is just? Also, seeing as you feel these doctors are already treating a phantom disorder doesnt that mean that treatment for it could be almost anything?
