If anyone finds a friendly doctor please pm me my mother has a good chunk of that list and when i can get mj for her she dosent have to take half of the harsh meds her doc gives her. I got some issues to but not as bad as her's needless to say she gets prioity over me. being able to grow is going to raise her quailty of life so much.
