Section 4a says that each patient will be able to have 2.5 oz of usable MJ.
4b sub section1 says that a caregiver will not exceed the 2.5 oz per connected patient.
Looks like it is going to be hard to stay in compliance anyway you look at it.
It could be taken that both patient and caregiver could have a total of 2.5 oz at a time which of course is 5 oz, but it is ambiguous enough to be taken that both can not have more than 2.5 oz. of usable. Now that opens up another can of monkeys. Drying and curing isn't usable to your patients but law enforcement could probably care less.
Maybe after they do this for a few years they will realize that it needs some editing, or like I was talking about earlier making butter/oil, or hash/hash oil. That uses a lot of MJ to make.
I guess I am glad we got it but its going to be a tough road lol

Signature Limits
All signatures should not exceed the following size limits and you can't have both text and images within a signature. Animated signatures, avatars and profile pictures are not allowed.
For text in signatures: 4 lines normal size or 8 lines small size and up to 90 characters per line. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.
For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size.
