So, what other crimes could I buy my way out of? You don't get to buy your way out of any otehr theft... what's so different about this?

What if I don't have the money to pay for all the songs I've "stolen?" Do you garnish a poor man's wages or send him to prison propelling him further into poverty?

I like IGOTJOINTS4YA's approach to this punishment... go after the enablers not the users.
