Hey man, ground up weed is yeah, just green almost powdery if its really fine. It's a good sign and smokes better when ground.

If you dont have a grider, use scissors. Just keep cutting away at it and let it crumble onto a plate or something, I use scissors and end up with some good fine weed.

I don't bother moving stems around, I just chop up the whole bud into bits. Little lumbs if you wanna hit from a pipe or bong, finer if you wanna roll. Or fine works fine in pipes etc. Whatever.
