Well I am on scholarship to run cross country and track and I smoke on the regular, running while high is not a whole lot different in my eyes. I stopped for a while because of our once a year drug test, and that was prolly my worst training. BUT, for the sake of the arguement I am pretty damn sure not many other runners like me smoke at all. Also, Josh Howard admitted "not remembering the last time he was sober"
