Cali is definitely the most well-known state when it comes to Medical MJ.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong here, but I
think Cali is the only state where you can actually go to clubs or dispensaries or what have you to buy herb, edibles, and the like...
Well, okay, according to the all mighty internet, there's one dispensary in Oregon, but their site doesn't say anything about actually providing MMJ. Just information, doctors, classes and the like.
Specific MMJ laws vary by state, so the leniency really depends on where you are.
