I regularly send peyote seeds (and occasionally plants) to the US - also illegal there. If it is just seeds I always mislabel them as Phalaenopsis orchids. They always arrive OK.
I understand that you actually aren´t supposed to receive any seeds or plants of any kind in the US without a phytosanitary certificate - but what the fuck - life is too short.
