Scenario: The US Embassy in Niger has located a well known Terrorist. Also absolute information is received saying he has already planted a bomb in a US city with a population of over 100,000. You have one hour to find out which city, talking to him will not reveal any information. Would you torture this man KNOWING you will save possibly millions of people in the name of his suffering? Or would you let millions possibly die? Would your answer change if you were one of those that could possibly die?
