www.htgsupply.com has pretty good prices on lights. the rule of thumb is 50-100w per plant or a minimum of 3500-5000 lumens per plant. yes 4 will fit in that space, u just have to control their size, & flower @ the right time, b/c they can double or tripple in size once in flower
