Now if you purchase and High intensity Bulb you need to have the ballast as well or the light wont run.. If you are going to buy a metal halide which is great for growth and less so for bloom.... I would just purchase a High pressure sodium for veg and bloom with better results..Remember in that small a space you would need a vented hood that you could pull air from and exhaust out because they get hot...
