Paperclips + glass = bad idea

If it's used and $30 it's probably pretty nice so you don't wanna go scratching it up.

Your best bet is to get a lighter with a slightly larger than normal flame and just hit the empty bowl. If it has a lot of resin you are sure to get a huge hit. You can take a bunch!
