I would agree with their points, but I would revise that age to 19.

Reason being, the idea of a drinking age is to keep it out of high schools. And having an 18 year old age provision would make alcohol acsesible to all High Schoolers cause the seniors would just go buy it for them in the same way freshman in college get 21 year old to buy their booze...
