Yeah, check out some info online about Celiac disease and gluten free diets. No Wheat, Rye, Oats, or Barley. I takes a lot of discipline and lots of label reading. Having a health foods store close by to me has been a lifesaver, as they carry many gluten-free products. Before I went gluten free, I thought I was lactose intolerant and allergic to everything. I ended up eating a lot of crackers and other wheat products because I didn't know what to eat anymore. Turned out, that was the worst thing I could have done. When I went gluten-free, I saw almost instant improvement. The Crohn's is the most recent thing for me, but I'm glad I'm gluten free because it really helped me and I'm sure it helps my Crohn's now.
Dude, I think your right. Last night my stomach hurt so i just ate some crackers and it made it worse. Ima look into this. There is a whole foods down the street so that should be good.
