It's all how they define 'Militia', but most historians will tell you to look at it through the POV of our founders. coming from an opressive regime where the citizens had a harder time rising up. Basically the citizens feared theri government. To make sure this never happened in America, they gave citizens the right to have guns. They also said the government should fear it's citizens, not the other way around. So as a liberal (more libertarian though) I absolutely support this decision, and I'm worrried it was 5-4.
