The supreme court has said before the 2nd amd does not allow us to have guns it is stated in the elastic clause I belief; which covers everything else that the government can not take away from you. It is like cars the constitution does not say we can can have them so does that mean we can not have cars? No becasue in the elastic clause it is covered.
